This workshop addresses how to handle difficult situations and conversations using job-relevant role-play scenarios. By the end of this workshop, each participant will have an increased repertoire of skills to handle difficult conversations with under-performing employees, unreasonable customers, and suppliers whose timeliness and accuracy leave much to be desired.
Coaching Conversations
This workshop approaches employee observation (as formative evaluation) and presents guidelines for coaching in compassionate ways that adults appreciate.
